Order Processing We will usually process orders for stock items that are placed before 1PM upon receipt. In the event that we are out of stock, due to our close relationship with our manufacturers, we will usually be able to fill all orders within 72 hours of receipt. However, in the rare situation where the item is backordered by the manufacturer, we will contact you to inform of the backorder and for your instructions on how to proceed. If the item is a rush item, it is suggested that you either 1) call our customer service department to check on its availability or 2) type the date that you need the item by along with your daytime contact telephone number in the Comments Section of the order form. Since we are located in the Mid-Atlantic area, locations east of the Mississipi will take only 2-3 business days shipping time from the time that they are shipped.

Payment Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Orders may also be shipped U.P.S. C.O.D. (for an additional $9.50 U.P.S. C.O.D. fee), or you can pre-pay by mailing in a check (allow 15 days for check clearance) or with a money order (immediate processing).

International Orders Shipping fees will be calculated using the US Postal Service Airmail Parcel Post for international orders (outside the U.S.) and Puerto Rico, and added to the invoice, prior to shipping the order. Since they will be manually added to your invoice, they will not appear on your invoice at the time that you place the order. Upon our processing of the order you will receive a modified invoice containing the shipping that was actually charged.

Return Policy Returns on our regular items (those posted on the website) can be made within 30 days of our shipment date for exchange or refund, no exceptions to this time period will be made. SALE ITEMS, TIGHTS, and BRIEFS are not returnable or refundable. All refunds will only be for the value of the merchandise, only. Shipping fees are not refundable. For domestic exchanges within the U.S., the customer will pay an additional reshipmement fee of $7.00. For international exhanges, the applicable international shipping fee will be charged.

Return Procedures
  • The returned merchandise must be sent postage paid
  • The items must be in new, re-saleable condition with the tags on and in the original packages.
  • Shoe boxes must accompany the returned shoes, and must not be damaged.
  • A copy of the receipt must be included. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
  • COD or prepay customers must include payment (check or money order) with your return. Checks (as with the original order will be subject to the 15 day clearance time.)
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Therefore, you should purchase the insurance from your shipper for the value of the returned item.
